As a Business Analyst you are part of our multidisciplinary consulting team and support our customers on their way to the cloud. You support our consultants with all processes in the area of Microsoft cloud technology - and know what these mean for the organization, security, compliance and user experience of our customers.

You can expect a diverse, exciting range of tasks from the analysis of current trends to concept development and consulting for our customer base:

• Monitoring and analyzing new trends in Microsoft 365 and Azure as well as regulatory changes.

• Helping to build a knowledge platform that our customers can use effectively

• Elaboration and presentation of multidisciplinary concepts and recommendations for action

• Conducting requirements analysis based on the individual challenges of our customers

• Working with our Account Managers & Technical Consultants to understand and meet customer needs

Experience, skills and qualities a MondayCoffee Business Analyst should bring to the table:

• Internships or initial work experience in digital, strategy, customer service and consulting.

• Good academic degree (e.g. engineering, IT or business)

• Very good knowledge of the German and English language, both written and spoken

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Positive, proactive attitude and high flexibility

• Analytical and strategic thinking combined with problem solving skills

• Strong interest in digital solutions for modern working and in the development in management consulting

• Ability to communicate complex technical topics in an understandable way

• High level of social competence and willingness to serve

• High willingness to travel on business and to work on site with customers

• Pleasure in teamwork, customer contact and consulting
